1 Hour on the bike, heading to free weights as I can't do the crunch machine. Some really fat chick has been sitting on it texting for the last 10 minutes.
5 mile power walk - with intervals of jogging
squats, lunges w/dumbbells
thighs/glutes routines with ankle weights
planks - full and alternating
thigh master
abs-4 routines
bridge
calf lifts
40 miles on the road bike.. goal of 200 miles for the week.. currently at 150 miles. Beautiful morning for a ride. I don't bother much with weights, since it's hard to keep on muscle when doing so much cardio, and I oh so love riding the road bike.
Plus with moderate aortic regurgitation and a bicuspid valve it was recommended I not lift heavy weights to the point of 'muscle failure' because it raises blood pressure significantly.
4 mile run, 30 minutes of swimming.....nothing to brag about
