Bunch of chest and shoulder exercises. Machine incline/chest presses, shoulder machines lateral, rear, and press, cable crossovers. Sets on leg press machine for good measure.
5x800m @ 5K pace with 3 minute recoveries. Then ladders up and down in mile 6 with a kick during the final 1/2 mile for a total of 6.5 miles. Heading into taper soon...can't wait!
5 miles on the elliptical yesterday and some stretching. 20 minutes of yoga this morning, and a mile run outside--then I just got way too exhausted. I'm super anemic right now...just started iron yesterday. This sucks for my Brooklyn Half and Ragnar training....
Anywho, I'm going to do 45 minutes of weights, later.
