Happy to say I finally deadlifted 500lbs again after not having done it for almost 2 years. A bad sciatic nerve in my right left kept me from squatting or DLing for almost a year, followed by tweaked lower back injuries several times. Couldn't deadlift more than 365 once I finally got back into it again about 10 months back. Slowly worked my way back up. Still a long way from where I once was but at 39 years old I'm still stronger than most. I'll take it.
