Deadlifts, barbell rows, cable rows, lat pull downs, and leg extensions. Did pull ups yesterday and boxing/thai boxing on Saturday.

1.2 mile swim - about an hour in the pool after warming up in the jacuzzi (I have AS as well as Psoriatic Arthritis & the jacuzzi jets help loosen things up & get blood blowing before the workout)

Post-workout some breathing exercises (try to finish each time with 120 seconds holding breath underwater), then about 5 minutes in the steam room.

3 miles on the treadmill. 30 minutes of Pilates.

Did arms and going to run the Culver City Stairs, shortly. Some yoga cool down tonight.

One hour treadmill. I' going pretty fast now and adjust the incline up and down to shake-it-up! It also helps to listen to real "Happy" music. I think I need to join a dance class, one night a week. Miss "Drill Team" is rocking over here. ( No time has passed-lol!)
