An hour and a half treadmill. I've gone a couple of days without exercising and it always kicks me in the head, to JUST DO THIS! ( Am I really this dense?) I get pretty bored easily and exercise really, really helps!
Yesterday and today, one hour treadmill, fast power walk ( Hey, I even have roomies daughter ( 14) walking on it.. so if you know of anyone that has a teenager that needs that marvelous push ( let me know) > I get the job done! ( hey, she's also making straight A's in school but I'm just in the treadmill department)
The age of 14 is a crucial year in the transition to adulthood. This girl is learning the benefits of good exercise and this may stick with her for life. The example you're setting for her and the opportunity for her to work out hard, may be one of the best gifts anyone could provide. Keep it up yourself and you'll be able to expand into other types of exercise, as you become more fit. And the increased circulation to your brain, will make you more alert and smarter.
