31 mins elliptical. worked out with trainer today, box jumps, split squats(?), plank walks, bench press, dips using the riser things...(getting stronger!!). on my own did some lat pulldowns with barbell, lunges with barbell, lat raises
Haven't posted...Saturday, I did flywheel, Sunday I did arms and a little yoga (active rest day.) Monday I had a Lagree class, yesterday I had a lagree stretch class, and today I have cardio and arms. Tomorrow is Lagree, Friday is total rest and Saturday, back to Flywheel
20 cardio elliptical wasn't feelin it and my knee is a bit sore prob should switch to rowing for a bit.
