36 minutes, elliptical and treadmill. Assisted pull ups, bench press, push ups, jumping jacks/jump rope, thrusters, lunges with an overhead press, bird dogs, mason twists...all in quick succession that left me spent!
Tried the elliptical for the first time ever. Really weird, it feels like running without lifting your feet off the ground combined with pedaling a bike while standing up. I didn't do too much with the handles, just concentrated more on getting my lower body/legs into the motion. I could only do 11 minutes.
Then I switched over to the bike and did a 40 minute ride on the Hills Plus-Cascade setting. Between those two exercises my legs felt shot, but then I did a couple sets on the leg press.
I also weighed myself and found there is about a pound less of me walking around than there was last Friday!
Followed up with cable rows, ab crunches, leg extensions, and leg press. Finished off with stretching, still able to easily do full splits.
