Thanks. I do have dumbbells up to 20 pounds so I will work those in in a few weeks.

BTW, I think it was you talking about dancing with the kids That reminded me of last year when I volunteered for the Summer Reading program at my library. I did an interactive story for the kids...and it really did give me a mini workout, lol, and the kids loved it. I can't find a sample now but as the story is read each kid in the audience has to mimic what the kids in the story are doing. Shooting hoops, sweeping a floor, marching etc. Anyway it was great fun for the kids and gave them exercise without knowing it.
Be careful, don't overdo it. That can sink your efforts. Baby steps

Yes, it was me. I really enjoy it and so do they. I think more people would exercise - both young and old - when they find things they enjoy that gives them a workout and not feel so structured (i.e. running around a track, etc.)

Yes tomorrow I will listen more to my body.

Agreed. Think of how kids play outside. They are in constant motion and it's fun Jump rope, hopscotch(I'm showing my age here, lol), dodge ball, frisbee. All good and fun

BTW, I played pickleball for the first time this winter and it was a lot of fun. It's the senior version of tennis

45 minutes deep water instructor lead exercises & another 45 shallow end.

1 hour 45 minutes on exercise bike. I love that thing! Almost as good as running and I'm too out of shape to run.
