90 minutes on the exercise bike totaling 15 miles. Level 8 is the new level 4.

Finished with leg press, cable rows, leg extensions,ab crunches and barbell rows.

I walked about 3 miles or more per day in Vegas last 2 days just going from hotel to hotel.

Ths is on the strip I imagine. I dont think I've seen many walkable areas in that city.



My workout today was back and biceps. rows, pullups, bicep curls, hammercurls and forearm curls. abs, 30 minute stair climber and 2 mile walk.
