An hour of jogging and walking. Ugh, I haven't jogged in forever and I feel completely out of shape. Oh well, gotta start somewhere.

Yesterday I hiked up hills, through bog and heather for 3 hours. This was followed by lifting pints of beer to my mouth.

Yesterday and today I walked for about 45 min (decent hills along the path). I've lacked consistency lately but will return to my normal schedule next week.

Oops I started one of these in the Daily Exercise Journal forum before I saw this.

Today I walked to the library to get a DVD for this weekend. An hour and 40 minutes at a moderate pace.
