3 miles continuous kayaking in Simmon's mangroves out to Hillsborough Bay, Tampa before my 1 hr group power fitness class - lots of flying mullett, a few manatees, and cranes looking for food.....
Wow that's beautiful!
Yesterday I did a city walk, moderate pace (too slow for me but it was a group), probably walked for about five hours. Then we got a good night market and undid all the good that the walk did
Today I did a boot camp class plus walked about two miles, then did household chores for a few hours.
