Walked for 55 minutes moderate pace glad I forced myself to do some exercise.

I did a saturday morning Megaformer class and walked about 3 miles.

Still w/ back pain. Hopefully tomorrow I can run again and hit the fitness room. Guess you have to learn to find alternative workouts when injured. Biking works w/ back pain. Hit the hot tub (pretty hot) with jets this a.m. Might do it again this evening.

Wow that's beautiful!

Yesterday I did a city walk, moderate pace (too slow for me but it was a group), probably walked for about five hours. Then we got a good night market and undid all the good that the walk did

Today I did a boot camp class plus walked about two miles, then did household chores for a few hours.

Still feeling the lower back strain...so Light stuff: Hour of stretching, abds, glutes - then an hour of fitness sculpting. Really looking forward to a run in a few days......absence makes the heart grow fonder....
