Ugh did cardio and a few exercises. Wasn't feeling it. Tired, dog refuses to go to the bathroom. At least I managed to do a set of 8 at +5 weight. Gonna keep at it
I walked to a yoga class (20 minutes). The class was half vinyasa and half restorative. So the first 30 minutes I was sweating to death and the last 30 minutes I cooled off in poses that I held forever trying to ignore the fact I hadn't finished cooling off in the warm room.
I did 1 rep of 8 hours of sleep, followed by 30 mins of sitting on my ass drinking coffee. Looking forward to my neck strain being done healing so I can work out again.
