Good job everyone. I don't feel like exercising today, but seeing that all of you did motivates me to exercise. I will post later whether I hit the gym or went for a long walk.

I hope I don't fall apart either. I've got 10 weeks until my race and the last 3 day mileage total is 44 miles if I manage to go back out, I'm at 33 right now. My peak 3 days in December is 70 miles 15/25/30 so I hope my legs don't fall off

Last week was spent on a family emergency.

Back to gym today for cardio, abs, squat to military press.

Three days off exercise due to bad cold possible flu (fever, chill, sore throat, congestion, body aches, lost voice, ugh). It's been mentally tougher not working out than being sick lol. I did walk outside a little today as we acquired a new puppy and I couldn't help it. Fever finally broke this morning. VERY tempted to hit the gym tomorrow, but energy is still quite low. I was just starting to build up some good muscle from my ballet classes. Will rest a few more days and hopefully be able to start back up at least with some light exercise.

50 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes yoga on my own.

I made it to two yoga classes over the weekend and also went on a 27 minute run on Saturday followed by a 45 minute run on Sunday. I am pleased with myself for going back to the yoga classes, I had missed a few weeks.

I've been doing some yoga lately. New at it. I find it's really beneficial.
