Around 50 minutes of cardio and weight training. I also had a free body composition test before the workout at the gym. It is an expensive machine, so the results were pretty accurate (98% vs. DEXA at 98.5%). I would like to lose 4-6 percentage points of body fat. Fortunately, I did not have that much visceral fat (well within the healthy range).
Had two days of rest, one because I was just beat, and the second because my back was sore from the weekend workout, and not sore in a good way.
Today was strength training, and I did not go up in weights/time this week, it was a good workout, but not my normal drenched in sweat type of thing, plus it was 82 instead of 92....
