Thanks! I hope it gets better lol. We had a heck of a snowstorm here, with major damage to the lakewalk by Lake Superior in Canal Park in Duluth due to high winds. Boulder rocks were strewn way up over the boardwalk for miles. Lots of power outages and car accidents. Only a few inches of snow where I live but the wind is what made it so bad. Not a nice calm beginning, but hopefully this is just a fluke storm and not the norm this winter.

Rested Saturday as well.

Today just finished 6 mile run, 8:19 min mile gusty cool temps.

Yoga for an hour next than about 2 miles walking to Bucs stadium for NFL game today.....

Goal....no beer or food at game, wait til I get home to eat.

Yesterday - did a relatively light workout (usually on my fourth day I don't have as much power in the tank as the beginning of the week), ran a mile and did the elliptical for 30 mins for a total of 40 mins and 4.3 mi. Then I lifted, worked out the tris, bis, and shoulders. Did 105 weighted crunches. I've been neglecting my back lately, I really need to get back to doing the lat pulldowns but I've found the overhead press to do a pretty good job too.

After that, my family attended a friend's halloween party. I dressed up as a steampunk girl and my husband was an assassin from Assassin's Creed (video game). It was great! I did a lot of eating and drinking alcoholic beverages. It's hard to believe that you can gain weight drinking, at least with hard liquor. You pee it all out. In fact, I actually lose weight whenever I drink a lot lol...

Thanks Mikala! Increasing the weight is definitely important, that's what I'm trying to do, even if failure comes earlier. Keep up the great work

My RA is flaring, which just means pain (hands and feet swell, lower back is aching), so going to go light today, will ride bike a few miles, will take pup with so he can get some exercise, and DH will run. I might want to do a little more.... play it by ear.

Well thanks for nothing. So far I’ve done absolutely zero other than sitting in the hot tub.

Now I’m guilted into actually extending some effort. Thanks!
