I must admit from a vanity standpoint, that's when I feel it's all worth it - all of the hard work. When I buy clothes. I must say though that from an economical standpoint, I won't be regaining the weight. It's expensive having to replace your wardrobe twice for four seasons!
I've used a second-hand store to pick up workout out shirts, shorts -I like variety - don't like to wear the same thing especially to the fitness classes I go to - I find some really good, new looking under armour stuff for pretty inexpensive prices - and don't feel to bad wearing second hand stuff especially if I'm losing weight and waist size - don't feel as bad donating back to the store.....
Success! 50 minutes cardio, levels 6 and 7. Nine ab workouts at 55 seconds each, and 45 squat / military press that I managed to complete this time! That felt good. I'm actually starting to like cardio, mainly because of the weight loss, but whatever motivation works.

I am on a trip but I brought my gym clothes. I got in some elliptical, upper body weights and farmers walk up and down the stairs for a bonus. I think my legs will be tired tomorrow. I even walked up 125 stairs to see the California Tower in San Diego.
10 minutes on Concept II row machine
30 minutes on Stair Elliptical (at various resistance, ramp, and speed)
some stretching and ab work after
two 15 minute walks on breaks at work
I mentioned in an earlier post about my pointe shoes being the wrong fit. I played around with them last night and can still do stuff in them, but the box is too long (comes up too high on foot) and digs into my arch, preventing me from rolling through my metatarsals and arches fully onto point. I took some photos of my feet last night with and without pointe shoes on for reference. I have very strong feet with very high arches, that are wide at metatarsal and narrow at heel (excellent for dancing, not so much for point shoes lol), and I roll too far over a lot of pointe shoe boxes, so this shoe is extra strong to prevent that which I like. It is hard enough in the box but just too long. Standing and working on pointe is not an issue at all. BTW, I had only sewed one shoe and stopped after trying it on with ribbon support and realizing the fit was wrong. I left the other shoe unsewn, but probably won't be able to return them now. :/
Did about 30 mins of yoga, stretch, glutes and abds on my usual county park beach where I like to run, kayak, bike.....beach was completely empty on a beautiful sunny, 70ish FL day.......
45 minutes in my basement lifting dumbbells, barbell/plates, and Pilates mat work.
Two 15 minute walks outside at work (YEAH warm weather)
1.5 hour ballet class this evening. Worked with instructor afterwards on how I can read the elastic and ribbons to get a more snug fit. Not sure why at age 45 I am so excited about points work again, but I am.
