I got in a couch to 5k workout. I decided to go to ine of the bayside trails, and I realized I hadn't gone that far in before. Unfirtunately I had to go to the bathroom, and I spent 15 minutes looking for it. Then I did the 30 running minute workout - bonus exercise.
After my run yesterday, I weighed myself and weighed less than my high school wt. That lasted a couple of hrs as I over indulged last night's dinner. I know most of the wt loss was water loss, dehydration but it was nice seeing the scale reading.
Three fitness classes today.....abds/core, lifting, stretching.....easier day. Any day I'm not running = easier.
Yeah, my sporadic workouts and holiday foods have made me thicker in the middle.
A little discouraging, but I know I can get it back together.

Did cardio and abs today, but bailed at 75%. They commented on the news that it was 1 week until christmas.
I don't know why I am always taken by surprise, but I am. Went and did some of the grocery shopping.
