Warmed up! So did an hour on the bike. Really nice day. No wind and not too warm or cool.

Day off today from all the usual stuff, so again it was just easy hand grip exercises throughout the day.

Yesterday legs and HIIT. I had a procedure, after, so today will just be some long walks and then yoga later. Arms and HIIT, tomorrow!

I went all in -- did the toughest workout I have in my rotation right now. It's a combination of two lighter workouts I often do:

First there was the three-station circuit training:
- 6 different exercises with a 10 pound medicine ball, two sets of 12 for each exercise.
- 9 different exercises on the mini-trampoline, two sets of 12 for each exercise.
- 10 different exercises with the jump rope, two sets of 50 for each exercise.

Then there was the added two-station circuit:
- 9 different exercises with the jump rope, two sets of 50 for each exercise (an almost-identical repeat of the jump rope exercises from above).
- 9 different free-standing cardio exercises (including things like jumping jacks of many different sorts), two sets of 25 for each exercise.

After 2.5 hours I'm spent. I'll wake up tomorrow feeling tired and sore, but I'll be happy with how I look. Then after another couple of days the tone will start to fade, and I'll start twitching anxiously until I get a chance to work out again. lol.

Couldn't be bothered to go out for a run, so spent an hour or so in my garage with a mix of:-

30 minutes bike,
15 minutes rowing machine,
20 minutes treadmill (no incline),
10 minutes skipping rope.
