I do Insanity two days a week and a full body bowflex workout twice a week, the balance works great for me.

50 minutes on the elliptical, 689 calories burned, says hr monitor. Follwed that with five sets of dumbbell curls.

resistance was fairly high 16 out of 25, heart rate is usually 170-180

50 minutes on elliptical, hr monitor had me burning 695 calories today. Energy level quite good. hr averaged 148 bpm, topped at 178 bpm. Followed this with five sets of dumbbell curls.

I returned from my daily 1.3 mile dirt road walk. I haven't been able to walk every day this winter due to weather.
