I will be wrangling palm trees today. Physical work, using hand tools, and plenty of blood loss(those things are sharp). Would prefer to do something else but that's my exercise for today!

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 25 minutes:

Run 600 Meters
10 Hand Release Push-Ups
10 Knee to Chest (hanging from bar)
10 Overhead Lunges (25 pounds)
10 Russian Twists (25 pounds)

Then, since my Apple Watch showed I didn't meet my active calories, I ran two miles.

I'm beat tonight!

40 minutes elliptical and treadmill.

shoulders and chest day - chest press, shoulder press, decline bench press, pectoral fly machine...

rough week, really need to get back on my strength game. I'm still solid but I feel like I'm stagnating with lifting weight since the pneumonia. I should be benching 100 by now and I was almost there till that happened :/ Stuck at 85, and stuck at 30 lbs dumbbells for the overhead press too.

I don't normally post in this thread but I'm trying to work out more each week so here goes.

This past week I did three mornings (an hour each) of strenuous, not old lady style, water aerobics, which I love. I also worked in my yard for a good hour at the least for several days in a row (an hour each day). I do consider that a form of working out since I always get hot, sweaty, sore, and dirty!

I definitely consider this a workout! I hit a half price sale at a local nursery and I had some bushes that needed to be replaced after a particularly hard freeze earlier this year. So I bought two SUV loads of plants and planted all of them in my yard this week! Going back for more in a few days. Hot, dirty, sweaty, blisters, sore muscles, cuts and bruises, you name it!

Hour and 10 mins cardio. Less than optimal in time and energy level......

I had a few cocktails last night and it really affected me this morning.
