I don't normally post in this thread but I'm trying to work out more each week so here goes.
This past week I did three mornings (an hour each) of strenuous, not old lady style, water aerobics, which I love. I also worked in my yard for a good hour at the least for several days in a row (an hour each day). I do consider that a form of working out since I always get hot, sweaty, sore, and dirty!
Well done! Yard work is definitely a workout. I'm always beat afterwards.
2hr10mins on the bike. Had another flat. Bleh. Not a bit of shade as I spent 15mins trying to get a piece of wire out of the tire. Hot out to! This was yesterday. Rest day today.
Our day off so we took the dogs to the lagoon. We practiced off leash with the rescue dog, so that meant I had to run next to him in case he made a dash to escape.

1 hour of water aerobics and then about an hour of working like a dog in the yard. Wait - not like a dog because they don't do anything but lay around. Working like heck in the yard.
Tomorrow I do nothing - a full day of one appt after another. Well, physical therapy but I don't expect that to really be a work out. Wednesday and Thursday I do plan to work out.
50 minutes elliptical treadmill and stepmill, followed by leg workout with trainer. I don’t know what he does but I always get residual soreness! My chest/pecs are sore as hell
