When I don't do done leg exercises for a while including body squats, it takes me a few sessions for my body to get used to it. I didn't do them for a while so I think it's just my body having to get used to it. I should be ok as long as I consistently do them from now.

I lifted weights and did four miles on tread/dreadmill.
I’ve worked out quite a bit just too busy to post about it. Got bogged down at work so no workout for me. I feel really bad when I don’t. Then I’ll be in Nola for the rest of the week so of course there will be gain. Oh well let the good times roll
