DH is back to the gym 7 days post-op, but got sore very quickly just doing cardio.
20 mins on machines, 2 sets push-up/sit-ups/sled.

20 min on the treadmill. First 10 mins i did 10% incline with 4.0 mph. Increase the speed by 0.1mph and decrease incline by 1% every 1 min. Then final 10 mins of at a 6.3 to 6.5 mph pace.
10 mins on the Stairmaster
10 mins on the Bike
10 mins on this Arm cardio machine. (i believe it's called Arm Bike.) Great arm workout for boxers.
