5k run, then sprints. I think sprinting around corners is putting extreme strain on my lower legs.

Ran 4.6 miles. Went to the pool and did a few laps - slowly.

46 minutes of cardio, made sure I got a good one mile run in, as it's been awhile since I've truly ran a mile. (I use various machines, so I usually spend a small block of time on each except for the elliptical, which I love and do a straight 30 mins (3.5 miles).

30 minutes of lifting, no specific areas, just a hodge podge of whatever I fancied. got back to doing crunches again. while abs are formed in the kitchen, i firmly believe the crunches are good for definition.

Yesterday I did 40 minutes on the treadmill at a 7.5 incline, then the weight machines. Did arms and legs since I knew I wasn't going today. Then 10 minutes on the glorious hydro massage bed. I was there about 90 minutes.
