I was in the midst of a total meltdown this morning. (hopefully I've finally broken through to the other side....)

I told myself that I could go back to bed if I did my pull ups. So 18 pull ups, in five sets, with the black resistance band (30-60 pounds),

that's probably the best workout right there ---got a lot of cardio, then some lifting....my kind of workout...

I'm a tad sleep deprived, so went easy, mid level weights for about 40 mins. and a 1/2 hour of racquetball.

I walked from the hotel room to the casino and back. Then drove back to cincy minus a few hundred dollars. I feel lighter already

It was a long walk both ways--Walked it 3 times yesterday and twice the day before

do they still allow smoking cigarettes in casinos? ----that probaby gave your lungs a workout.
