I'm a tad sleep deprived, so went easy, mid level weights for about 40 mins. and a 1/2 hour of racquetball.

I walked from the hotel room to the casino and back. Then drove back to cincy minus a few hundred dollars. I feel lighter already
It was a long walk both ways--Walked it 3 times yesterday and twice the day before
do they still allow smoking cigarettes in casinos? ----that probaby gave your lungs a workout.
