I ran for 2.5 miles a did 10 sets of 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 lunges, and 20 body weight squats.

5 times around the track, so about 1.25 miles; 75 push-ups; 250 body weight squats; 40 burpees; and 100 body weight lunges. This was all done within a 35 minute time span or so, so it was intense for me.

I took yesterday and today off. Tremendous mirgraine behind my right eye. Hoping I can get back in tomorrow as I'll be in Vegas for 4 days starting next Friday!!

UGH that migraine just wouldn't go away!!


An hour of cardio and heavy abs. Hosting a 15 person football party today so I'm sure the amount of alcohol I will consume will offset todays workout lol
