40 mins of cardio and abs.

I went to check out the other 24hr by the house I'm trying to buy and it has much better cardio equipment. I'm driving 10 miles a day to this current 24hr. The one by the house is 1 mile each way.

Has anyone ever used that side to side eliptical?? If so, whats your thoughts? I want to try it but don't want to look like a moron and fly off it

I am gonna take my fat ass out for a nice walk today supposed be 72F. Need to get back to shape fortunate I don't eat much as I would look like a Zeplin! Hahahahaha!

5.6 miles before busting my butt on a crack in the road. I’ll finish the last 8 of my 14 mile run tomorrow.

7 miles on the treadmill at 8 minute pace, 57:00 in all. Good workout!

Went for 1 hour walk in the park this morning. Did 5 sets of 1 minute planks (and will do more through out the day) and various yoga poses and stretches.
