21 mile run in prep for my marathon in 3 weeks. It took about 4 hours. I'm not the fastest, but I get it done.

4 miles ay at 10:30 pace yesterday. Planning on a similar run today. Not sure if it’ll be on the trail or treadmill based on weather today (rainy and cold and it’s only 19 days out from race day and I don’t want to chance even a lil cold).
