Just checking in. I have been mainly walking and doing some bar dips here and there. I walked 14004 ( about 7 miles ) steps yesterday, close to tying my record of 15,623. I have developed a Covid routine of walking in big circles in my place in AC to get my steps in safely hitting my 6000 steps.
Need to bust out some sit ups to suck this gut in Hahahahha
My gym has been closed for two months and probably won't reopen soon, so I've lost quite a bit of conditioning.
But I still do a daily 2.5 mile walk at a little over 3mph that includes plenty of steps and uphill terrain. And I do about 20 minutes of calisthenics 4 - 5 days/ week.
I dearly miss the gym equipment and look forward to getting back to it.
