As of yesterday:

Bench presses
Leg presses
Crunch machine (YAY, back in operation )
Lower Back
Bicep Curls
Vertical traction
Leg extensions
Running to relax all the muscles

Felt GREAT, and weight has dipped down to 184.9 lb. Just 6.9 lb to lose by memorial day . If this is achieved earlier, then I will finally start proper muscle building. Want to reach a slim body frame first though.

Had to move all the yard equipment into my handyman's truck and bring it to my new home. The lawn mower was 179 lb and required 2 people to lift and carry across ice & snow. That was some exercise. In addition, we had to move the garden swing, trimmer, leaf blower, and garden soil from our old home's outhouse. My weight as it stands is at 184.7 lb now and officially marks my 25th lb lost. YAY !!!!! . Finally, from 209.7 lb on May 29th 2013 to 184.7 lb on February 23rd 2014.
