I walked 20-30 minutes. Later I will do some burpees, light weights and yoga.

During my chest workout yesterday, I did something fun & new. Bench press with chains. It was hard and I wasn't able to explode up. But at least I was able to lift it (85#) without assistance.
Today is a rest day.

I ran 6 miles in the park. I have it all detailed thanks to my Garmin watch:

mile one: 6:57 min
mile two 7:36
mile three:7 51
mile four: 6:37
mile five: 8:02
mile six: 7:30

I started at a strong pace, then slowed down because I realized it was supposed to be an easy day for me. I ran mile 4 fast because I decided I was not going to run 10 miles as planned but still wanted to put in some effort. Then slowed down, but I sprinted the last quarter mile for no real reason. Typical workout disarray for me.
