Yesterday: 65 minutes on the elliptical, followed by five sets of dumbbell curls. Today: leaning towrds 45 minutes on elliptical, with perhaps a walk outdoors afterwards because it is a nice mild day.
As planned, 45 minutes on the elliptical (+ a five-minute 'cooldown'), followed by a ten minute walk outside. All in all, a good training day.

I changed up my routine this week & will be doing legs on Friday. Tonight, I did cardio x30 min on the treadmill then pre workout flexibility work, then weight lifting.
Superset: db flat bench with preacher press
Superset: db incline press with cable chest press
Pec dec press
8 sec push ups with a timer
Tricep extensions
ended with abd work:
Planks on physioball, medicine ball v-ups & wheel rollouts
Today is an off day--gotta launder all my gym gear!, other than my office stairs routine. Yesterday I did 50 minutes on elliptical (45 minutes + 5 minutes 'cooldown'), followed by five sets of dumbbell curls. I went up 5 lbs per dumbell for the final set (30 lbs.). I used to be a hardcore weightlifter for many many years, but my joints and tendons are too stressed out now. So I just do bodyweight exercises, except for dumbbells.
