My bumper plates at home are different colors for the different weights - 45s are blue, 25s are green, 35s are yellow, 10s are black.

Thank you I've never used a t-bar. I've seen other variations of it. Maybe you could post a picture using using this machine, or, is there a website that shows it in use?

I'm sure youtube has some videos, the t-bar row exercise is one of the best back exercises in my opinion.

The olympic plates are almost all done. I have a few more I need to paint and so far the paint is holding up pretty good there are some minor chips but a little touch up takes care of it.

Hi everyone, I am back here with my ongoing fitness project, I haven't posted anything in a while because I got hurt back in July and that injury really put me down and I lost interest in being in shape for some time, it was a rough time and I paid dearly for my lack of motivation. I got really out of shape and hated myself but the injury really took me out, I couldn't even.sleep for more than an hour or so at a time. I have recovered quite a bit but I'm still not out of the woods. Anyway enough with the venting, I want to keep updating my thread, this is my latest adquisition, I will be testing it either today or tomorrow.
