Under Armor sports bras are great. I machine wash them and air dry them and they last.

Whatever motivates people to get off their butts and into the gym is fine by me. I don't really care. Just don't point fingers at me for wearing my Target gear. You don't know anything about me.
I'm a dude, but I've bought a few pair of athletic shorts from Target. Through the years I've had numerous Under Armor, Nike, Adidas, etc and the target stuff is just as comfortable, some even more.

Target does a pretty good job with their athletic ware.

If you wear something that shows yourself off then you will end up working out harder.

I agree...my current gym shorts, and the best I've ever owned, came from Target. Jerzee brand.

I just scored some cool Champion performance shirts in the clearance bin at target for under $6 each! - And they are some of the most comfortable work out clothes I have ever owned.

I wear a sports bra and a loos-ish tank top with knee-length compression capris, no-show sports socks and training sneakers.

I only wear a little medicated concealer if I have a zit and some lip balm. Full makeup and hair dos look ridiculous, and can also run and trap into your pores.

I bring a small thin towel to place between my body and equipment.

Wipe off your area after with the wipes/paper towels provided.

Wash your hands before you leave the gym.

I disagree. I work out harder to reach my goals. period. Looking in the mirror at my muscles doesn't make much difference in my intensity.

Perhaps what you really mean, is wearing clothes to show off your body, attracts more attention from others, thus boasting your self esteem. I don't need anyone's approval.

Avoid cotton tops.
They will collect serious stench after a while.
Do drytech or under armour type shirts.
