Just curious if anyone else has this problem...I know one of the major benefits of yoga is breathing aspect. But I seem to have some sort of on-going issue with congestion (?). When I have my head toward the floor, I can't breath through my nose. Also sometimes have a pain if I try to swallow in one of those postions. Any suggestions?
(I haven't practiced regularly for a few years, but even when I did yoga classes 3x/week, I would notice these same things...now I do the occasional DVD and still have the breathing problem, especially early in the session...)
I have stuffiness when I'm first getting started, it goes away after a while (usually).
