Genetics is king. People are different and have different distributions of fat and muscle. We also have different levels at which that fat and muscle will build. We all however can improve our bodies but like somebodynew said, cannot spot reduce.

Best of luck.

Reduce your caloric intake and lift weights and do resistance training. If this is the place you gain weight then you may never get rid of it completely. The body decides where to lose weight from. Just learn to do the best with what you have.

you cant chose what fat can be eliminated on your body; your body does that for you. You can, however, tone up and strengthen the problem area. Losing that back fat will start in the kitchen with your diet. Do exercises that utilizes the biggest muscles to burn more calories; Leg muscles (running, biking, walking, swimming, etc) cardio. But just remember, you can bike, swim, and run as fast as you can, but you can never out run your fork. good luck!

Pull-ups will tone that area or the lat pull down machine. They say there's no such thing as spot reducing but developing the muscles in your trouble areas will firm up their appearance
