LOL Not even concentration camp

Minimum essential fat levels for a man are 3%-5% ! How can a person have 2% bodyfat and is still alive!

well If you are 15lb away from your six pack, the first 5-8 lb will be very easy to lose. The last 5-8lb is the hardest. You really need to clean up your diet.

I see six although the top two are not very prominent. Probably because of the particular flex or else lighting.
