Trained regularly -- even religiously -- for 43 years. Even now using elastic bands rather than free wgts., and walking 30 min., 6 days a week up-and-down my hill, rather than jogging as in the past, I get after it pretty well, especially for an old fart. In addition, with a body wgt. 100# lighter than the heavy lifting days, -- in fact it's the same wgt. now as at age 10 or 11 -- and body fat that can't be anymore than 2%, there's still no six-pack. Got a hell of 4-pack though.
Finally have to admit that the genetics just aren't there. (And to think that some guys have 8-packs!!)
well, this guy only has four pack, but he looks great.
I may have 2 Packs !! Although I am regular to Gym for last 2 months,,....
well If you are 15lb away from your six pack, the first 5-8 lb will be very easy to lose. The last 5-8lb is the hardest. You really need to clean up your diet.
About 90% of his pictures say otherwise. He had to cut verrrrrrry low to see the bottom abs, which most pictures do not show.

Agree. By comparison. For outstanding 6ers, take a gander at some of Arnold's contemporaries, e.g., Franco Columbu, Frank Zane, Robbie Robinson, and the late great Serge Nubret.
