She's 87 now, and I hear she's still working out and competing.

So the story goes, she started lifting at the tender age of 71... if she can do it, we all can.

Wow. She doesn't even look like she's in her 80's. Even though she is pretty muscled, her skin is fairly smoothe for someone in her 80's. Wow.
