so you ran for 2 hours without stopping? this means no walking either, jogging speed or running speed for 2 hours?

3 miles.

Can't stand long running, so boring. I like much more efficient and less time consuming workouts like HIIT.

correct. I'd estimate around 8-9 minutes per mile. I ussually averaged 7-7.5 min/mile for normal distances.

Normally don't run that much myself. But got talked into running a half marathon and need to train. Usually I'm satisfied with 60-90 minutes when I'm out trail running.

man, I wish I could see this in person somebody doing that, it's hard to believe someone doing it for 2 to 3 hours without stopping, 7.0 mph the whole time for 2 to 3 hours, how do you know it's that, what device do you use? is it treadmill or outside

Longest time was 2:40 hours, while training for a half marathon.
Longest distance was 13 miles, half marathon distance.
That was 3 years ago, I could not do that anymore but I am just starting to pick up my running again.

So true!! How do you guys do this on a treadmill?! Running in a treadmill is so boring that you'd have to pay me to do it longer than 10 minutes. I am actually impressed with anyone who can muster the discipline to do any significant running on a treadmill.

For me, one of the rewards of running is actually being outside under the open sky, any time of the day or year. I would not want to trade this for anything.
