third; do not take medical advice from a forum, many forums this is a forbidden topic, and for forums that it is not, the advice will be "stop lifting, go see a doctor".
Like the rest of us, I'll say "stop lifting, and go see a (different) doctor."
Also, I'll add this. Make ABSOLUTELY SURE you are using correct and very strict form when you do lift. I see so much bad form at my gym that I wish I was an orthopaedic surgeon, because I would have lots of future customers. Better to lift light and correctly than heavy and incorrectly.
