I'm going to weigh myself everyday to get to know the usual fluctuations in my weight (water retention etc.) so that I can better distinguish them from the unusual ones (weight gain from overeating/underexercising)

Also, I plan to get more active. I've fallen off the workout train a bit, down to three days a week. I would really like to go back to 4 or 5.

I really hope to lose around 10-15 pounds.

Lose 15 pounds get down to about 18% bodyfat. I want very toned abs, and plan to do some very hard work on my legs. I just want to look like one of those AMAZING fifty-something women. I'm pretty much well on my way. I started at about 50 pounds overweight, and I've been training for about a year and a half.

I have gained 10lbs over the last year. I am going to cut out the wine drinking for a month or two and watch my caloric intake. I will be exercising as usual. I may try and swim more this year.

Work out more, probably start with the fat smash diet (I did it years ago and lost weight on it) and just go as long as possible with it.

Cut out eating out as well.

I lost 25 pounds in 2013 by just eating healthier/cutting back on junk food, and by going to the gym about 50-75 times over the course of the year. I hurt my shoulder about 3 months ago, so haven't been for that long. I'm just about healed now, so once I'm certain I won't reinjure it, I'll being starting back up at the gym. Aiming for another 25 pounds in 2014.

My goal for next year is to gain back 10-12lbs of lean muscle I've lost from doing marathons/triathlons this year.
