That wasn't the guys intent and you know it. Obviously being obtuse is your thing. You thinking jumping rope is some advanced exercise because a very small percentage of people might not be able to do it? I'm gonna assume you're deliberately being a dolt just for the heck of it.

What the hell is your problem? Why do you keep on commenting? The horse is dead. Let it be.

I don't know you and you don't know me. I'm happy that you can work out at full capacity. Perhaps you should consider being more thankful because there is no guarantee that what you have today will be there tomorrow.

For skipping rope, I use an interval timer - Usually 30 seconds on high and 20 seconds rest for 20 reps. Sometimes I do 1 minute on high with 1 minute low interval doing planks, or squats, etc... for 15 reps.

I also use a heart rate monitor to get an idea on calories burned.
