I like to do a minimum of 4, a maximum of 5 or 6 one hour workouts per week. My body is hooked on exercise now. It rebels if I don't give it what it is used to!

5 days/wk bike to work for 50-60mi/wk
Weekdays walk about 2mi/day
Weekdays stretch/abs/core exercises 20-30min
Mon-Wed-Fri strength training about 30min, very wimpy right now. Sometimes miss on of these sessions depending.

Weekends I don't like to "exercise". Usually manage to ride 15-20mi, hike 3 or 4 mi, yard work, trimming, clean up and other chores say about 4-5 hrs.

I do a traditional boxing workout 3-5 days a week, maybe 6. I may do some extra rope skipping or running on the 7h day. Everything I need is at home, so no need for a gym.

I've tried almost every thing imaginable over the years workout wise, but boxing has been the most fulfilling to me.

I walk for about an hour in the morning. My regular workout consists of just 30minutes of exercises using the exercise bands.

I run 3-4 miles at least 5 times a week, sometimes. If using my bike as a means of transportation counts, add 10-20 miles/week.

3 days a week of heavy resistance training (60 minutes each day)
2 days a week of high-intensity interval training (20 minutes each day)
1 day of hill running/hiking (45 minutes)

And usually 3-5 nights a week, I take a 2 mile walk around the neighborhood with my wife.
