Just wanted to get people's opinion on compression clothing for working out. Does it make a difference or is it a waste of money? I would mainly be using it for running.

Compression is best for recovery. Depends on the person. IMHO, not worth it.

Tech shirts, that's a different story . Especially if you find them on sale at Sports Authority, etc for $15

I don't know, but the articles I've seen said that the benefits were small at best. Given the cost, and the sheer time it takes to put them on and take them off, I have no interest.

I like it 'cause it shows off my package.

When I box, I like wearing the Underarmour fitted muscle shirts. I find the compression ones too tight, preferring the fitted ones, and I like how the material wicks away sweat from my body, especially as the gym can get quite hot.

I think it really depends on the activity and the climate that you're going to be in.
