I don't want to turn this into a debate about pre-workouts and their necessity but I am looking for a pre-workout that I can take in the evening without caffeine. I value my sleep and workout.

I drink a protein supplement. It's the fastest & easiest for me as I'm going to the gym right after work.

ASOT the BA and CM will not keep me up at night? How many hours before bed should I take them?

Neither one contains caffeine. Take the BA anytime, take the CM before or during workout.

Whenever I eat before working out I feel like throwing up doing squats. And I squat Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!
