For the record, I'm not taking a shot at fat women. I have no issues at all but being in denial about your health is not good.
Some overweight women tend to describe themselves as thick or curvy. Thick women are shapely (hip, thighs and butt). They do not carry weight in their midsection.

I think she is attractive, and I would classify her as thick. But looking through the personal ads I see (most often black) women refer to themselves as thick. While I can't specifically define thick, I do feel that a woman who is more than 50% of her target weight overweight is not thick. She is, plainly, fat. I get the feeling that some of these women use a misleading term hoping we won't notice the extra 100 pounds she is carrying.
Lol!

She looks really good. This is not the first time I've seen that video on this forum.

Alot women become thick in the middle during Per- Menopause, do the body storing Estrogen for the long haul...This is hard to lose, but once you reach menopause it does go away if you've stayed active and healthy diet...

This is true. It is not a given that women will gain weight during menopause! I didn't, but it was a conscious effort.

If you don't want to gain weight, you just have to make some lifestyle adjustments. If you are cool with gaining some weight, then more power to you. Many women are a little overweight and still extremely attractive.

you can escape nasty stereotyping by reinventing yourself every 2 years and require everyone else to comply.

You may want to look at it another way.
