that is certainly not healthy I have taken 7 months to loose 60 lbs and some folks consider that to be too fast but nope it is losing two lbs a week and sometimes more .
If this is just for the audition I would recommend what they do in muscle competitions. Dehydrate yourself. Not smart and dangerous, but you will appear leaner and if you have muscles to show off this will enhance them.
Well the day/night before and morning of I am only going consume H2O. I am going to wake up the mornign of and get a really solid run going and maybe take a water loss pill. Then I am going to jack my self up on a pre workout pill and red bull to give me a little energy and personality before the inerview/audition so I'm not a zombie. Its completely ridiculous.

Juice only= 3-5 times a day, 70-80% veg and 20-30% fruit for about a month is about the only reliable way i know how to do it, of course when you stop the juicing the weight will come back as fast as you lost it..
Some juicing ideas that also gives nutrition info as you build your juice.
Maybe some dumpster diving followed by a visit to your local ER waiting room where you can shake hands with everyone there before your eating whatever you found in the trash.

yeah? whats going to happen? ill tell you what will happen, nothing. people love to throw out their "that's not healthy" line whenever someone does something that they wouldn't have the discipline to do. its funny because you say that, but you know nothing bad will happen to him. you just get some kind of self satisfaction by trying to be negative about what he is doing and pretend as if you know better.
if you are a male at 216 pounds, you could probably lose 10 pounds easily in a day simply by dehydrating yourself a bit a bit. if you were to do it right before this event, you could do much more than that with a more hardcore dehydration.
Protein sparing modified fast. Maybe. I've lost 15lbs in 2 weeks this way. It requires precise dedication, and a relatively high body fat. Even then, half of it is water, easy. I wouldn't suggest trying it without talking to your doctor.
