Don't believe it's FDA approved and someone mentioned in the comments that it might be "CE" approved (UK reference) from another article about Aqualyx in dailymail.uk/female (three articles they wrote on it-getting some kickback perhaps??). Wasn't there a similar injectable years ago..mesotherapy? It sounds similar:Can Mesotherapy Injections Melt Away Fat? - ABC News
