I would have no problem with it. I'm not very good at anything really, so if I sought out a trainer their sex would not matter at all. Just that they know more about nutrition and exercise than I do and don't mind teaching me. I'd certainly be more embarassed to work out with a woman trainer than a male trainer. But that's my own insecurities about my looks and poor physical shape than anything else. Experts are experts.

I'm a female that has both male and female nutrition, PT and posing clients (my business is primarily contest prep and I am a bodybuilder). The only real difference I've found is that males tend to be more compliant, but they complain more
