Come on man. Don't take offense to that. I was just talking.
You take offense to something like that, it means that I got in your head, which may provide you motivation, but it also might get you hurt in the long run.
Here is a non bodybuilding hot woman squatting 320 lbs. Camille is 5' 2" tall and weights 130 pounds. She had no problem with 320 pounds. God I love her.

Camille is hardly a realistic comparison. Thats like suggesting it is realistic for men to squat 750 or 800 since Wendler can. Hardly, considering these are professional athletes. All impressive lifts aside, elite Cross fit girls compare to national level PLers... Not within the realm of realism.

If a tiny 5' 2" 130 lb girl can do 320 lbs., its realistic (which is in the title of the OP) for an average sized woman who trains, and wants to do 200 lbs (like the OP) can do it. I know a LOT of women who routinely squat more than 200 lbs. Some of these women do Crossfit, some of the just do yoga and martial arts, a couple are dancers. These are just normal work-in-the-office or Starbucks Barista types - they are NOT professional athletes.

YES, its realistic.
I never said 200lbs is unrealistic (I did it myself, I have ten years of lifting experience), my point is that Camille is a poor example for women to be compared to. She is an exceptional elite-level athlete whose life revolves around training and it isn't the first time you've used her as a comparison point.
Come to think of it I rarely see guys squatting 200 pounds in gyms I go to. I don't go in the afternoons/early evenings when the gyms tend to be crowded, but from when I have gone I don't see guys squatting a lot of weight (the ones that squat). Not only that, but these guys barely squat to parallel (90 degree knee bend).
Well, while I love fitness and exercise, I am more passionate about Pilates and running. So my world doesn't revolve around weight lifting. I'm not into crossfit and i'm not training for anything.
This is all out of personal goals.
I'm not an elite athlete or weight lifter. Just someone who really enjoys fitness and working out. Although I do hope to one day become a certified pilates instructor and possibly barre or yoga
